Sounding Board Ink, LLC is a coaching and consulting practice that is committed to using the best verbal and visual techniques available to drive positive change in the people, organizations and institutions we work with.  We have two big beliefs that drive our work:

Every tool you will find in this Store is designed to make your thinking visible and accelerate the learning and development process.  Our tools are not about memorization but about giving you the tools to make the technique uniquely yours and therefore replicable, scaleable and affordable.

Policies

Shipping:

At this time we are able to ship physical products within the United States, as well as to Canada and the UK.  If are interested in our physical products and do not live in one of those three countries please contact Jennifer in Customer Service (sbi.jennifer@me.com) and we will research what options we can offer you.

Returns:

Sounding Board Ink will gladly offer a full refund for items that are returned un-opened and in their original packing within 30 days of receipt.

PRIOR TO SHIPPING FOR A RETURN. ITEMS RECEIVED WITHOUT THE PRODUCT NAME and ORDER NUMBER WRITTEN CLEARLY ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE BOX WILL BE REFUSED AT DELIVERY.  Make sure to include your receipt (or copy) with your return.

NO REFUNDS or EXCHANGES ON SPECIALLY PRICED, DISCOUNTED, SALE ITEMS or e-Files (instant downloads) – these items represent a FINAL SALE.

Due to the fact Sounding Board Ink’s product shipping ranges due to size and weight with every purchase, any cost associated with returning an item will be the responsibility of the customer.
